INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) OF APPOINTED TIME PRINTING LIMITED (ATP)

​The Managing Director and all Departmental Managers acknowledge the high importance of quality, environment, and safety in our operations and are highly committed to providing ISO standards that are par excellence to ensure a hazard-free work environment for its employees and the public at large.

Appointed Time Printing Limited adopts an integrated approach to address its leadership commitment on all issues of importance related to the quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety practices of its operations.

 

The company recognizes its legal and compliance obligations towards safeguarding the interest of its customers, its employees, and interested parties, including its services, external providers, and the community, by providing high quality services through healthy and safe working operations, whilst remaining environmentally responsible and compliant.

 

Appointed Time Integrated Management System provides the framework for its Quality, environment, and Occupational Health and Safety practices that is developed on the basis of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018

By implementing this policy through integrated management systems, top management is committed to:

•    Ensure all applicable compliance obligations, national standards, and internationally recognized ISO standards applicable to our industry are met.

•    Establish a clear strategic direction and take actions to deliver tangible benefits to the organization through sustainable operational performance that is compatible with our context.

•    Satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers at all times by providing services to agreed specifications in order to enhance customer satisfaction.

•    Ensure consultation and participation of all stakeholders to support effective risk controls and implementation of this policy.

•    Ensure consultation and participation of workers to establish environmental impact and risk prevention programs to eliminate pollution, accidents, incidents, and injuries to employees, visitors, and interested parties at large that may be affected by our operations.

•    Taking due account of environmental & social risks in decision-making and as a component part of business strategy.

•    Provide a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly workplace and welfare facilities to employees, visitors, and external providers.
 
•    Ensure programs to protect the environment, including prevention of pollution, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.

•    Ensuring employees have the competence and resources to discharge their responsibilities for health, safety, and environmental matters and encouraging a positive safety culture.

•    Providing and improving employees' access to health and well-being services to render them fit to work.

•    Document, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System and ensure its effectiveness through the relevant ATP competent resources.

•    Establish, monitor, and periodically review the ATP IMS objectives and management system indicators to improve performance.

•    Continually review this policy to ensure its appropriateness to purpose, nature, and scale, and sustainable services in relation to Environment and Occupational Health & Safety.

This policy is communicated, implemented, and maintained at all levels throughout Appointed Time. It is periodically reviewed and revised to ensure its continuing suitability, relevance, and adequacy and is available to external interested parties, including the public.

All Appointed Time stakeholders are required to comply with the terms of this policy when on company office premises or carrying out work on behalf of the company.
